Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Thekozzishop, we prioritize your satisfaction. We process and ship most orders within 2–3 days of receiving payment. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.
If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty for further assistance.
General Return and Exchange Guidelines
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase (based on the receipt date). Returns or exchanges cannot be processed after 30 days.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
- Items sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned in their entirety.
- Items specifically marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not covered by this policy.
- For online orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws, which remain in addition to this return policy.
All returns must be sent to Thekozzishop in their original condition. Additional fees may apply for wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents.
If the return is due to a product quality issue, Thekozzishop will cover return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
For returns or exchanges based on personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Thekozzishop reserves the right to determine the product’s condition and to apply this policy at its discretion.

Important Notes:
- Requests that don’t meet the above conditions will not be authorized.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund, and Thekozzishop is not responsible for any lost goods.
Once your return or exchange is authorized, Thekozzishop will provide a prepaid return label. Please follow the instructions carefully to return the product, ensuring that all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary gifts are included.
After we receive the returned or exchanged item, we’ll notify you via email. We will inspect the product and inform you whether your request is approved or denied based on the item’s condition and Thekozzishop‘s policies.
If approved:
- Exchanges will be processed quickly.
- Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared after several days:
- Please allow additional processing time.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider for more information.
