By placing an order through Thekozzishop, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to clearly explain our return and refund process. The following conditions apply within the United States.

A. 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, with tags attached. A proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

B. MISSING RETURN LABEL? NO WORRIES

Our packages do not include return labels by default. If you need one, just email us at [email protected], and we’ll help arrange your return or exchange.

C. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., a screenshot of your order)

  • A brief explanation of the return reason

  • For damaged or faulty items, include a photo or video for verification

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 24 hours of arrival), we’ll send you an email to confirm. If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 14 days. Please allow 3–5 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

D. RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?

We accept exchanges only for items that are defective, incorrect, or not the right size per your order. If you need an exchange, contact us at [email protected].

E. EXCHANGES POLICY

We replace items only if they’re defective, not what you ordered, the wrong size, or damaged. For an exchange, please reach out to us at [email protected].

– Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.

F. REFUND INFORMATION

Once your return is received and assessed, you’ll be notified about the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Note: Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and display the refunded amount.

G. ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this window, cancellation may not be possible depending on our production schedule.

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause failed deliveries, in which case any extra shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
